The program provides executive coaching, leadership training, peer networking, and practical leadership strategies for current and aspiring school principals throughout Texas.

The Lead Strong Principal Academy is a premier leadership development experience designed for principals who are committed to elevating their leadership practice and improving outcomes for students, staff, and communities. Through executive coaching, collaborative learning, and practical application, participants develop the skills and confidence needed to lead high-performing schools.
